Shipping Policy
At TEKIBY, we value each and every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process to make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated. We thank you for your understanding.
We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax needed. Please check the shipping area below. We may not deliver to certain places or need extra shipping.
Notice: E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS & CARRIERS
We fulfill orders through two primary channels:
• US Local Warehouses: For items currently in domestic stock.
• China Factory: Direct-to-customer shipping for factory-direct orders.
• Services: We utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL for local delivery.

• Excluded Areas: We do not ship to PO BOXES, APO, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or Puerto Rico (PR).
• Taxes: No tax is required for US domestic orders.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
A. Orders from US Local Warehouse
• Processing: In-stock orders typically ship within 5-9 business days.
• Transit: Once shipped, allow 2-8 business days for the package to arrive at your address.
B. Orders from China Factory (Sea Freight)
• Processing Cycle: Orders placed during the current week will be scheduled for transport starting the following Wednesday.
• Sea Transit: Approximately 14 days to reach a US port.
• Final Delivery: After port clearance, local delivery takes an additional 2-7 business days, depending on your specific location.
C. General Information
• Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), based on US Eastern Time (GMT-5).
• Separate Shipments: If your order includes accessories, they will be shipped separately from the e-bike.
4. ORDER TRACKING & CHANGES
• Tracking: A confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped. Registered users can track progress on tekiby.com. Guest users may track using their order number.
• Address Changes: We do not support address changes for e-bike or battery orders once they are in transit.
Associated Fees:
• $20: Charged if a FedEx address change is successfully completed in transit.
• $200: Charged for order cancellation after the package has shipped.
• $200: Charged if the customer refuses the package or it is undeliverable.
• $200: Charged if the package is successfully delivered to the original address provided by the customer.
5. IMPORTANT NOTICES
• Age Restriction: E-Bikes are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Underage riders must be accompanied by an adult.
• Delays: Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance or public holidays. These factors are outside of our control.
• Responsibility: TEKIBY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items resulting from courier actions.
• Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. We recommend using trackable shipping services.
TEKIBY reserves the right to amend this transportation policy and return and exchange policy at any time. All amendments shall be adjusted according to actual circumstances, and the latest version published on the official website of TEKIBY at tekiby.com shall prevail.
